From the day one you join AAF, you will be assigned to an experienced mentor to guide your through and you will be put in our weekly training program. The weekly training program will include carriers’ products trainings such as life insurance, annuity and LTC; carriers’ products competitive positions in the market; sales ideas and solutions for retirements and education planning; small business solutions for executive, employee benefits plan; as well as advanced sales for estate planning, pension design and premium financing etc.

Case Design: Designing cases for your clients is time-consuming. It’s one of the most tedious and meticulous aspects of your work and it takes you away from other, more profitable pursuits. At AAF, we are driven to help you succeed which is why we have a case design team available to handle this workload on your behalf.

Our team has comprehensive experiences in aspects from simple life and annuity products solution, foreign nationals, retirement planning to small business solutions and advance sales such as estate planning and premium financing; and uses this skill set to your benefit allowing you to focus on clients’ services and business development.

New Business and Underwriting: The moment you successfully write a client an annuity or life insurance application, you are only halfway to realizing your case placement.

With AAF, a dedicated case manager team will monitor each of your cases until closing and keep you informed every step of the way. Regular communications and accurate information are the hallmarks of our process when handling the submission and completion of your most important sales cycle.
